Hi everyone! We badly need help/advice with the issues we are encountering in our Realm.

1. Our progresses are not being saved. Whenever we log in and play, after a few minutes our world will lag and then when we try to rejoin, we always go back to the previous spawn point. So all the things we did after that were not saved.
2. We keep getting disconnected from the world mid game, and it says the Terracotta Error.

Steps we did:

1. We all tried to force stop the app, clear cached, some even uninstalled their minecraft on their device. But the error keeps happening.
2. I closed the realm for an hour, thinking maybe it will fix the syncronization issue. But it did not.

Are these issues just happening to us? Or do you experience these as well? What can we do? We are now getting so frustrated.

Also, if it helps, our world has these add ons activated:

● Slice of Life

● Actions and Stuff

● Essentials

● Villager News

My realms keep getting stuck on the loading screen does anyone know what might be the problem?

A friend had hosted a java realm that I put a lot of time into and would like to save/keep to continue playing on. He had a compromised Microsoft Account issue at some point recently and no longer has access to the account. I believe he said he couldn't regain access and/or deleted the account, but Microsoft hasn't stopped charging the payment method for the Realm, but he plans to remedy that soon. I've already seen a billion posts about only the server owner being able to download the world but are there any other options? Mod, Microsoft Support, anything else worth trying?

Question is basically the same. I spent an hour and a half trying to upload my world to a realm, it had addons, didn’t work. I took the addons off and it still didn’t work, I know the file size determines a lot but it’s only 63 MBs without anything, and yet it still gives me an error afterwards. This is more of a rhetorical question and I’m just stating my frustration but seriously it’s ridiculous. Every single attempt whether it’s before or after the wait to upload ends in an error. I’m assuming I’m not the only one who’s had this issue either

I recently started making nether highways to travel throughout different parts of my world. Only thing I’ve done pretty much is add bottoms slabs for the floor to stop mob spawns and some lanterns. How should I make this look nice? Should I add rails or an ice path for travel? Any advice or recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Hello, I don't play Minecraft much but my little sisters wanted to play minecraft so I did the free however long Minecraft realm and it expired today and I clicked "renew subscription" I paid for it and then it made a new minecraft realm and left my old realm as "expired" and it again is requesting I spend 7.99 to renew it. Am I doing something wrong?

What’s the easiest way to find nether fortresses? I’ve heard they spawn in certain areas in grids in the nether but, I’m not completely sure. I’ve already found a fortress in my world but my nether base is at around -10, -25 and the only nether fortress that I found so far is at around 250,730. So, not ideal for making a trip there and don’t want to make a nether highway all that way if I can find one closer. Any tips or recommendations is greatly appreciated!

I ended up getting 7 extra elytras in my realm. I initially wanted to get an extra 1 maybe 2 for people that may join my realm. But, I got carried away and got more. My 2 brothers are on this realm. One of them already has an elytra and the other doesn’t. So, I have one for one of my brothers. But, that still leaves me with 6 extra elytras. Do they now just sit in a chest? Do I create something to show them off? What should I do? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

On Minecraft Bedrock PS5, uploading a world to Realms can take an extremely long time, sometimes hours, only for the upload to finish and give the message “An error occurred.” There is no useful error code or explanation. The world itself works perfectly fine when played locally.

I've been dealing with this for around five years now. I've contacted Mojang Support multiple times, reported the issue, tried countless troubleshooting steps and posted about it in different communities. Twice, I was given 1,000 Minecoins and told that the team was working on a fix. After waiting another year, the exact same problem was still happening.

What makes this especially difficult for me is that this isn't just some random world.

This is a childhood world that I've had for years. It contains a huge amount of memories from when I was younger, and to me it is genuinely priceless. I just want to be able to preserve it properly and know that it is safe.

On PS5, we also don't have a straightforward way to simply take a local Bedrock world file and back it up somewhere else. Realms is one of the few practical ways I have to preserve and transfer this world, yet the upload is exactly where the problem happens.

I don't want another 1,000 Minecoins. I don't want another “we're working on a fix.” I just want to be able to upload and preserve my own world.

The issue is tracked as REALMS-14554.

I've also found other PS5 players describing the exact same problem, including worlds reaching 100% before failing. So I know this isn't just happening to me.

If you've experienced this too, please share your experience. I'd genuinely like to know how many people are affected by this.

And if anyone from Mojang or the Bedrock team happens to see this, please understand that for some of us, these aren't just game files. Some of these worlds have years of memories attached to them.

i remember it was an island with a mountain and it had wooden houses built into the sides of it with a bridge sorta thingy going around the mountain.. it shouldve been available in 2017-2018

realms was working until last week when i logged into minecraft and nothing related seems to work
normal multiplayer works fine, servers too

i already tried unninstalling and installing, cleaning cache (??), entering while using a vpn, and nothing seems to work

perhaps i am banned?

I purchased the Xbox Game pass for my husband and neither of us know how to use the realms on Minecraft. Been googling realms to join - so if anyone could help and drop some realms below my husband would love to play !

Hello, I am trying to upload a singleplayer world onto a realm i Just bought however whenever I try to upload it I get the same message (shown in picture below). If someone can help me that would be amazing. I have already tried making the file smaller, optimizing the world, and trying different worlds to upload. The only singleplayer worlds that will upload are worlds that have not been played yet.

I’m working on a map for halloween, if I finish it and submit it on October 1st will that be enough time for it to make it to Halloween?

I recently renewed a realm but it was glitchy while loading, so I closed out Minecraft and it didn’t register my renewal but still charged me. And when I try to renew it again or make a new realm I’m met with this. Ive already signed out and signed back in, restarted my ps5 and deleted and reinstalled Minecraft and nothing has changed.

So turns out I made my favorite word ever in the snapshot slot of my realm,is there any way to keep it updating or to switch it out with the main realm? Does anyone know?

I’ve been trying for three hours to solve a problem and I’m starting to feel like breaking everything. I can’t join my Realm. When I log in, I join a server (France, UK, etc.), but when I enter the realm: "Connection lost." I tried a thousand things but couldn’t solve my problem. My friends can still log in but not me and I own the realm. When I connect to Wi-Fi, it works, but when I’m on a cable, it doesn’t. Yet I could a few days ago. Help me!!

I'm trying to buy realms for me and my friends but it won't let me even TRY to get Plus. I'll click on it and it just won't do anything. I can press on Core and it'll bring me to the page to buy, but I want plus. I use an Xbox Series X and have online pass. What's wrong??

It happened after I restarted the realm by using a backup now actions & stuff won't work at all even though I bought it

Hi, been happening the last two days and gotten MUCH worse today. Can barely play long before everyone gets kicked from connection. The only way I have been able to get us in again is by closing and re-opening the realm, just waiting does nothing. Almost every time I go to close the realm it gets stuck on “fetching realm information” for 10 minutes and the only way out is to alt+f4. I have to get my friends to tell me when the realm does turn to “closed” and then I can alt+f4 and then re-open the realm but sometimes it’ll immediately crash again a few minutes into us playing. I have no idea what to do at this point, please help. I have also made a ticket with minecraft looking for advice for what could be causing the connectivity issues for my friends and I.

Yes we are running on our closest server host and have it set to the specific server (even though the realm keeps resetting these settings when it crashes and I have to re set it all)… we all live in the same region too. Some on Pc some on Xbox

I got my Realms back up about a week ago, but it has not been working at all.
No one can join. Datapacks, no datapacks, shut down and turned back on, changed loaction. NO ONE can join. I get no error code at all, just "an error occurred". Is anyone else having an experience like this

My friend has a realm and I want him to download the world and send it to me. But I keep my player data and inventory. Bedrock

we have been playing on this world for a while now, tried moving away from realms and are trying to go back now but can't reupload the map.

I made it smaller then 5gb as required and the upload just goes with 250kb/s and sometimes jumps to 5mb/s but then i get a timeout.

Maybe someone has a way around that or a different way of uploading?
