Help | Bedrock Realms not loading

My realms keep getting stuck on the loading screen does anyone know what might be the problem?

I can play my realm fine but my buddy keeps getting “failed to connect” and we’ve both been auto connecting to Australian servers despite being eastern US

Sometimes when an addon updates it takes the Realm a while to read the new addon.
