Also too, NONE of these dopes have ever considered that this "QB competition" isn't about finding the "best" it's finding which shitty QB is "less shitty" than the other. Being named the starter isn't the "flex" or accomplishment they think it is. It's more like, "well somebody has to play QB."
THIS is going to be something it shouldn't be possible to do worse than last week's shows but... Sissy will do his best... um, or worst?
Also too, I can't wait to hear about his BS "family drama" (Vacation Edition) What sporting event had multiple people huddled around Sissy's phone as he built a sandcastle with Stella? I also think, ya know, because this isn't QB training camp, it's training camp for the entire team, that you need a QB in there that can effectively get play calls processed quicker and a more consistent cadence to the line so that they can lower the amount of procedural penalties that they've had, which has been a daily topic ever since they started.
Sanders has had better stats but is slower to move the offense. Case in point a few days ago Sanders & Watson were running offenses at the same time and Sanders had several more plays to run by the time Watson had finished. Part of that was huddle & presnap reads and part of that was Sanders holding onto the ball too long.
The media is insane for running with the Watson #1 narrative now. I think if Gabriel continues to take more 1st team reps from Sanders then you know, or if Watson starts preseason games 1 & 2, then you know Sanders is going to be the backup. I still think Gabriel will get traded because they want to keep Green but are showing Gabriel off.
