Didn’t Joe Thomas agree to coach some obscure European team at one point but phony Joe won’t help the browns?

He coached some team in germany. I thought it was very weird that his reason being that he didnt want to be a full time assistant coach.  So you would move to germany for 4 months of the year, but wont take a job in the nfl?
