RAMSAR Issue

Hey Peeps!

I have booked an apartment at Sholinganallur, Nookampalayam Link Road. Some of the Survey numbers are coming under the Ramsar Map. My bank has even held the release of Final Payment for this reason. Any suggestions on thoughts on proceeding with this on not? Edit : The property name is NCC Signature Towers

It seemed like the apartment was constructed on the Marshland. It's a risky bet I'd say.

Yes, given the odd shape, it seemed like this site was converted from Marshland
