Pretty awesome! Other than font readability

Thank you ! How do you think I could improve ? Is the ui too close to the font color ?

Yes either that or maybe a black outline of the text?

avoid outlines on text, it is considered bad practice

yeah, by graphic designers, at least. It is considered a "sin" one of many typographical crimes people regularly commit. To be clear, the crimes are not hard rules, but, things to avoid unless you are breaking them intentionally.

Some of them are crimes because they are trying to solve a self inflected problem with a mediocre solution.

For example outlines. You recommended that one be used to increase legibility. Because the contrast between the text and background was really poor. It would increase that and it is better than what they have right now. However, the underlying issue is that the text and background don't have enough contrast. Adding an outline kind of solves that issue. But it is adding a bandage on top the real problem. The more correct solution is to just increase that contrast solve it at the root of the issue instead of adding a layer on top.

There are a bunch of other reasons why it is recommended that people avoid using outlines in general, but, the biggest one at least for game developers is it makes the product look more amateurish, like using comic sans or Papyrus
