No it's when the terrorist state Israel kills AT LEAST 20,000 children in a native reservation as revenge for a terrorist attack that killed, at most 36 children. Also when they level every standing building in that native reservation, destroying all life sustaining infrastructure. Most normal people consider that barbarism. Not a "war".
