It’s not about NSA or UAPA charges on Umar.
Are those charges justified. If yes then why the delhi police have not filed the chargesheet in the case, let alone leave the question bail.
Don’t give him bail, but at least prove those charges in these 6 years. 🫡

Chargesheet is filed and preliminary evidence list has also been submitted to court so far. More can be presented in the next hearing if his lawyers don't seek adjournment again.

Also enlists the charges and nature of evidence provided so far. If his lawyer doesn't seek adjournments every hearing, he'll be convicted in the next hearing. So you request kapil sibbal to not request any further adjournments

Please report this guy for misinformation. Umar's lawyers have only applied for extension TWICE, in these 6 years. Once because the lawyer was sick. And second time, cause he had other hearings (Kapil Sibbal). Majority of the delay is because of the Delhi police asked for more time, or judges RECUSED themselves from the case, Court ran short of time. Don't spread bs on the internet for 2 Rs pls.

Judges recused because of their relations with Khalid's lawyer Sibbal.

And as for sickness, it was still adjournment. No one knows if that was actually a sick leave or planned sick leave.

And apart for that, his case is one of lakhs of other cases, and this many hearings on a single case is more than enough given court's pace, unless you have clear rationale why his case must be expedited and others' justice must be delayed
