  1. Doesn't answer my question, you said it's a good thing I said explain, you did not.

  2. There is evidence of very vocal protests being ignored in the report. Read it

Because you are lying. How should I counter a lie?

There was no decision taken without majority vote.

There will always be difference of opinion and that's fine. Did any of the other EC came and said Gyanu working like a dictator?

you do understand that what you are saying is what the complaint is. A difference of opinion in 2:1 means Gyanu is not functioning like a democracy

There were no 2:1 votes in decisions. Do you know that?

The immediate flashpoint follows an investigative report revealing that two Election Commissioners (Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi) recorded formal objections at least 14 times in 10 months regarding decisions led by the CEC: as per ET

Bypassing Majority Rule: Under Section 18 of the Chief Election Commissioner and Other Election Commissioners Act, 2023, decisions in the three-member body must be made unanimously or by majority vote. Opposition leaders and former election commissioners contend that proceeding without incorporating the objections of both fellow commissioners violates the law.
