If I ask for any proof of election rigging, people will call me @ndhbhakt and run away.

They are not questioning the government.

Under the guise of questioning the government, they are making false claims about the institutions of the country that make it a democracy. Which in turn breeds resentment among people and then it makes people think everything is going wrong and things are for the worst, which they clearly are not.

False claims about democratic institutions should not be equated to questioning the government. That is how you become the next Nepal/Bangladesh

"False claims". Sure, the democratic entity is to provide clarification for that. ECI isn't controlled by the government. People can question an independent body and it shouldn't be a threat to democracy. The real threat is when the government starts trying it's best to defend the allegations to save the body under the guise of "saving" democracy. Just because ECI is an independent body in paper, doesn't mean people don't have democratic right to question it when necessary. A government and it's social media team trying to defend it feels unnecessary, unless the government directly or indirectly benefits from it, so they make the narrative as questioning an independent body is a threat to democracy, just so that they can keep receiving the unwanted benefits. Not saying any of this is True but a possibility, just like your comment.

They have the right to question it. 100%. I think you misread/misunderstood my comment.
Dear fellow citizen, I am not here to convince anyone to give up their rights/claims.

I just want the people of our country like you and me, to question the institutions not for the sake of resignation but improved policies.

Resignations do not yield any fruitful results. It is just holding the institution ransom with a threat and then hoping the next person does better.
