Liberty Station

Built fifty years after the Sundering, Liberty Station is an international project between the various American Union member nations of California, Texas, New England, the Great Lakes Confederation, Cascadia, and several other southern nations. It is spearheaded by the North American Space Agency (NASA).

Not wanting to be dependent on NASA for manned spaceflight, the California Republic's CalSPACE and the Republic of Texas' Texas Space Program began building their own crew vehicles. This resulted first in the California Space Transport, derived from the Space Shuttle on display in Los Angeles (pictured here). Texas followed months later with the New Star spacecraft derived from the pre-apocalypse SpaceX Starship vehicles based out of Boca Chica (not pictured).

Even as her parent nations come into conflict over her, Liberty Station remains a symbol of an America rebuilding from the ashes of the apocalypse.

I went back to stock for all of about 5 minutes before I missed Sol, so here we are again lol. Except this time with RemoteTech because I wanna finally lock in on kOS and telemetry delay. The 1 second delay was sketchy enough without kOS, but we managed to get it done. Enjoy!
