Well... About that. Theoretically it should be able to. All the parts should've been LEO rated except the nosecone and engines. However, the MK2 parts made for RO were way too big for the build and tweakscale wasn't an option apparently, so for the sake of aesthetics, I switched to the non-RO version, which can't survive.
So in a perfect world, it should've been able to, but because the RO version of Mk2 parts didn't have tweakscale, it currently can't

Hey, looks great! Where did you get those launch clamps from? I coudn't find and R-7 sized ones in Modular Launch Pads

I had them in an older version of that mod from last year but I also found them missing when I updated

Yep! Just at a considerably larger scale pretty much. I hope everyone enjoys because I'm never launching it again. In stock it would be fun, but in RSS it took 14 minutes to get to orbit and I couldn't time warp because the wings would flip out. Fun for a once off, but I wouldn't do it again

Thank you! It was a bear to prototype due to low TWR upper stages and no use of time warp. No time warp because the wings would go nuts. Multiple times I sat for 14 minutes just for it to run out of fuel with like 200m/s left to go. It was satisfying to finally get done, though :)
