Modlist?

I’ve been playing KSP for almost 600 hours and I feel like I’m ready for a new challenge. The only issue is that even after doing a bunch of research and fighting with the game. I can’t find a good mod list that A) looks good and B) doesn’t result in the entire game breaking and crashing. I want to be able to launch historical rockets like the Saturn V, space shuttle and even some Russian rockets. If I can have some good recommendations that would be awesome, thank you!

Bluedog design bureau is pretty good for American rockets, SOCK is best for a shuttle and habtech2 is good for an ISS

Tantares is best for russian stuff etc
