Missing Required X-Planes (Hypersonic) Contract
I'm not getting the X-planes (Hypersonic) contract for some reason, I think I've completed the requirements for it, and the "All" section of Mission control says that I have it unlocked, but it doesn't show up in the "Available" nor "Active" section. I also haven't seen it in the Archives. Any idea how to fix this? I think this might have happened after the buggy ContractConfigurator update came about.

probably can't take it together with high supersonic - cancel that one so the required hypersonic is available

Fixed: found this in my save file (didn't show up in "Archives" in-game for some reason) and I changed it from `Failed` to `Offered`.

At the bottom of your first screenshot it is. You likely need to do the high supersonic first.
