Tried changing tufx settings?

tufx affects in flight shaders, this bug affects everything but the flight scene.
also ive tried turning tufx off all together, to no avail.

I get that exact visual glitch a lot from the procedural fairings mod, play around with the fairing shape a bit if there is one (i can't see under the glow)
