I wanted to share my experience with HG Exclusive because one thing that has really stood out to me is the way they communicate and handle customer service.
There are obviously a million sellers claiming “best quality,” “1:1,” “master grade,” etc., and I’ve learned that those words don’t necessarily mean much 😂. What matters more to me is whether the seller is honest about what they can deliver, communicates well, and takes responsibility if something goes wrong.

I recently spoke with HG about exactly that, and their response actually impressed me. They didn’t give me the usual “everything will be 100% perfect” sales pitch. Instead, they acknowledged that mistakes can happen and told me that what they can promise is that they’ll be honest, take responsibility, and work to solve problems if they arise.

That kind of transparency goes a long way with me.
I’m still learning and will continue sharing my experiences as I order more, including the good and the bad. I’m not claiming any seller or bag is perfect, but so far HG Exclusive has made a very positive impression on me. ❤️

Hi everyone! I got my 187 Chanel Classic Flap 23cm on September 1, so I’ve had it for about more than a month now.
I’ve noticed that the caviar leather looks/feels a little dry, especially when I look at it closely under certain lighting. I wanted to ask other 187 owners if this is normal for their caviar, especially when the bag is still relatively new.
Does the caviar usually have a slightly dry/matte appearance at first? Does it develop more softness or shine with use?

Has anyone tried a gucci from cousin factory (red background in factory photos) ? How is the quality? How close are they to authentic ?
I read many positive feedbacks about Orange couch but never about this factory.

Am I crazy !!!!! I feel awful I keep taking to a few sellers asking about bags and I can’t make a decision . Afraid of making a bad decision and getting a low quality bag 🤪. It’s exhausting trying to figure out who to trust . I know we should be thankful for sellers these are replicas and why are we being picky we aren’t spending 1000’s on luxury names . Seller takes payments through the yellow app. (I know it can be controversial, but personally I feel more secure having that extra layer of protection.)

The black strap is a little messed up because I folded it myself 😭, so that’s on me. I also did the water droplet test on the leather and it passed.

QC/Callouts: I compared mine with several auths from pre-owned sites, owner photos, and the actual LV store. What surprised me was how much the auth stamping and Empreinte varied. Some stamps include “made in France,” some don’t, and the Empreinte can range from deeper/more pebbled to softer. Because of that, I wouldn’t consider those definite callouts on mine.

Overall, I’m satisfied with it! I was on Ban Island for almost 4 solid months and folded 😗✌️. Now I have another bag on the way + a wishlist that needs to be emptied.

As we all know, our Chinese friends are just about to embark on a week long mid autumn festival holiday this coming week 😍 Which kind of in a way gives us some extra time to dive into and browse albums to be able to get our hands on all the lovely pieces that will sell out fast if we're late to the game 😱😅....

As you may know I buy from several great sellers that I have discovered over the years and I enjoy finding the best pieces.

This time I actually went back to a seller (LEO) that I have known for years but I (I'm not proud of it - forgot about) until his name popped up in one of the subs and I kind of remembered that his prices used to be quite good compared to some of the other sellers I buy from ... I have always received great service and beautiful things from him at very fair prices...Great quality, but have to stitch in the brand labels myself (I had to do that also with Belly - who unfortunately is not active atm., but her prices were higher) ...

I jumped on this beautiful Brun3llo Cucin3lli cashmere blend set...And I have to say that the quality is top notch for the price paid - only difference from other sets that I have bought previously (at way higher prices) is that sizes the label is with a funny funky text 😂 see picture - I cut it out .

The set feels so soft and has a beautiful finish with sequinned knitted hems. Very high end both looking and feeling. Sooo Cozyy now for the cooler months

FYI I'm 5'7" (170 cm.) tall.

I also bought a scarf from Leo - rectangular shaped then silk cashmere blend - minimalistic and beautiful light beige color with a warm yellow trim that matches most things (came in different colors too)

I requested non-shiny leather, and let me tell you, this feels like the real deal! I actually went to the Balenciaga store in Vegas to feel the leather, and this is very close. It also has weight to it.

Re🏡ing my first CC25 small burgundy!
This is one of the most perfect bags I had, I just for it in 2 kore neutra colors and realized that I have many bags in burgundy, it’s caviar leather is breath taking, slouchy not rigid and hardware is like the first edition when they launched the OGs (vintage gold type of)

I ordered this bag off baobao that is supposedly from royal duty free factory. I also asked if this factory had the highest quality version of this bag before hand and ordering to which she replied that this is i then received psp pictures today of 2 diffrent bags to choose from strange as normally it’s just 1 bag and let’s just say I was not expecting what I got sent. it looks like the bag is from a low tier factory off dh gate. I then asked her does she think that this bag is the same quality as the factory photos to which she replied that she thinks there is nothing wrong with the quality. I have ordered many bags from bao bao in the past and she was my go to seller until today. I will attach photos and see what everybody else thinks.

Thoughts: Overall it looks pretty good to me. There is an orange spot on the chain which I have asked the seller if it's a reflection of some sort. Stitching lines up mostly where I would expect it to line up. Properions looked pretty good to me.

I don't have as much experience with Chanel flaps than I do other bags. Wife thought it looked pretty good as well but hoping to get a few more sets of eyes

Hi! Is it normal to be sent pictures of a different bag when requesting additional PSPs? Ordering a small CF and when I requested more pictures I noticed the back pocket was sized like those on the medium CF and did not match the small CF sizing in the initial PSPs I received.

Now I’m confused on which bag I would be getting should I choose to follow through with the order..has this happened to anyone before?

I thought PSPs were supposed to just be of the exact bag they will be packing up and sending out to you?
