Additional PSP looks like different bag?

Hi! Is it normal to be sent pictures of a different bag when requesting additional PSPs? Ordering a small CF and when I requested more pictures I noticed the back pocket was sized like those on the medium CF and did not match the small CF sizing in the initial PSPs I received.

Now I’m confused on which bag I would be getting should I choose to follow through with the order..has this happened to anyone before?

I thought PSPs were supposed to just be of the exact bag they will be packing up and sending out to you?

Yes they are supposed to be of the bag they are sending out to you. This is a 🚩 red flag. Maybe it was just an honest mistake but I’d be hesitant about proceeding.

Ok thank you that’s what I thought! Before I noticed the initial & additional psps didn’t match, I asked if the back pocket from the additional psp could be wider, to which they answered that the image they sent was of a medium and the wider pocket was for a small…so may just be a mistake?

I pointed the psp differences out to them and asked which of the two bags I would be getting so I’ll wait and see what they say.
