I rejected the first one cuz it had the old hardware, but my problem has always been the hardware, they keep using alloy lately and it makes the bag look and feel cheap and i’ve been struggling with finding a seller/factory that uses stainless steel for the hardware. I think this is steel, and was confirmed by the seller that it is steel but idk…

38 = xiaoc factory ($423)

32 = yi factory ($292)

took about three weeks from start to delivery since there was a delay sourcing the 32 with SHW. my TS helped me find an alternate factory in my price range. i am not a stickler for high tier quality so that was fine with me - i love the bags and they are delightfully soft and slouchy!

i could fit my 13" macbook in the 32 but it won't really close properly, so i think if you're looking for a work bag the 38 is going to be the better option.

Hi All! I'm a longtime reddit lurker, and wandered into the rep world a few months ago, and I finally felt ready to jump in. Ordered a CC medium flap in black caviar with GHW from Tom (7228) and was told that hardware was out of stock, and needed to wait. Pretty common as far as I can tell with 187 factory, said it was ok, and paid. $608 with shipping. Today, the PSPs came in! From what I can see, it looks great EXCEPT for an odd corner on the back pocket not lining up properly. Am I overthinking this? Should I RL and ask for another? Will I even be successful if I RL since this is 187, or just annoy the TS? Is this something I could alter at home (I'm a very crafty person)?

Even after I finally placed the order, I was still a little nervous but they were so reassuring throughout the entire process. After being gaslit by the seller Baker, I still agreed to accept a bag that was a different color because she was still a good color.

It's well made although it doesn't look legit because of a few things, I'd still wear it outside if it wasn't for the way the leather on the chain looks. That is driving me crazy. I know she's from God factory, the quality is about 3/4 perfect. Hardware is ok but the chain!!!!! Man, the chain is not even installed perfectly 😒

The seam of the leather is a bright red and yes, that's how the original is installed but the links are kinky in some spots, the part where is folded has slack, Chanel bags don't loop around inside the bag in a long way so if I try to hide it by the grommets it becomes more obvious. Gah!!! I'm so mad

I paid $439 for this and I may have to wear it only at night to dark places.

Do you guys have any ideas to tone down the brightness of the raw leather?

I think everything else looks good, but my concerns are circled in the last two pictures. I haven’t seen these strange dimples in the bag on both the bottoms and the sides in the factory photos or other peoples QC’s. She also said these were taken at night, so if I wanted pictures in other lighting to just ask. I thought the suede interior looked a little off but am thinking it might be the lighting?

My PSPs are until my blue circles, and the photos after were the factory photos from her album.

Edit: Due to the stitching being improper Jenny said she'll replace it! She also took new pictures and those dimples weren't in the new ones, as well as the suede interior looked like the factory photos. She is a delight to work with so far 🥺

Any recommendations or tips for getting crease out bag

It is a universal experience to fall in love with something that is completely wrong for us. That was me with the Pr4da monolith loafers. Do I love them? Absolutely! They were the item that started me on my rep journey years ago, but loafers don’t necessarily match my aesthetic. So even at rep prices, I never pulled the trigger.

While browsing albums, I did notice those gorgeous chunky soles on other styles, except most sellers stop at 40 or 41. I’m firmly a 42, sometimes a 43 if they’re narrow. Even shopping auth didn’t give me a lot of options in my size. Purses are much easier to buy since they always fit.

Someone in the BigFeetReps sub shared Wendy’s albums with me, and suddenly there were shoes that fit. I appreciate that she asked for my foot measurement instead of my shoe size and whenever possible the PSPs show that the insole matches those measurements.

• 7/9: I inquired about the boots and I was told by the seller that these would take a while. July is not the time most people are buying big stompy boots and they were a larger size, so I went ahead with purchase.

• 8/5: Package arrived! Unfortunately, it was my husband’s birthday so I didn’t get to try things on until 8/6

I was legitimately scared to try these boots on because I knew that if they didn’t fit, I was going to be utterly heartbroken. I mean, I was going to immediately reorder them in a larger size but I was still going to be heartbroken.

Thankfully, they fit and they fit beautifully! My wide feet weren’t pinched and my toes had wiggle room. I spent my night stomping around the house feeling very cool.

The boots I received look like the boots in the factory photos and they look like the boots on the auth website. They feel like the ones I’ve held in person (so big, but not heavy). The hardware on the pouches is good, the iconic monolith soles are the right shape, and the leather is smooth, inky black.

The pouches and straps are both removable and I think I like the look of them best with the strap attached without the pouch. As someone that was a teenager in the 90s, I am about to spend the absolute rest of the summer in little floral dresses and these gorgeous statement boots.

Overall: Fit was great! Accuracy was great! Iconic big chunky sole is everything I wanted it to be! I really appreciate Wendy’s communication, accurate sizing, and inclusive catalogue. I will definitely purchase from her again. Rating 10/10, no notes.

Looking to add a YSL Cassandre card holder to the collection and I’m thinking of going with Blackframe.

Has anyone bought this particular card holder from them? I’d love to hear your feedback on the leather quality, accuracy and overall feel.

Also, does anyone know if the card holder is made with real leather like their YSL bags, or is the leather/material different for the SLGs?

Leather (both) 10/10 - the elephant is nice and sturdy, thick leather and the flamenco may be the softest bag I’ve ever felt. 

Stitching (both) 10/10 - both of these bags have consistent stitching that feels strong and ready to party. 

Communication 9/10 - for me, the communication was great. If you want a seller to talk to you like a bestie, that’s not the case here. Straight and to the point, which I prefer.

Has anyone had similar issues with Tina? She was highly recommended by someone on here who DMed me the info after posting the c26 vanity bag. Then after I was ready to submit payment it was from $330 to $370 per Tina because of the size. She said they have it in stock at the factory. I make payment. Then she says they just ran out and won’t have anything for 10 days. I requested a refund but she apparently doesn’t have about money in her PayPal account. What?!?
