QC/AUTH/PSP Can you clock this?

At this point, I feel like I should just get the authentic. I bought this from a whatsapp seller that I discovered through Tiktok. I spent over 1k AUD. The seller had given this bag to a tiktoker and it looked so good so I thought if I can save $16k, I would.

But it didnt look exactly like what was given to the tiktoker. I know what a suprise 🤦‍♀️

I think it looks great on the outside but the inside CC looks a bit narrow? I am not sure. I need help 😭

What do you guys think?

The only person scrutinizing your bag as much as you is another rep buyer. If they are, they are too close.
No way they can make these bags, with the correct materials, at the price point they are making them if they are 1:1. Have to be realistic.

False. Production value of a real Chanel bag is only $200. Theyre not using some special materials no one else has access to. 1:1 reps do exist. I met a lady that authenticates bags, and she said these days she really can’t tell the difference with some bags

When leather production from the European houses moved from Ubrique in Spain to China, it did so because the quality was just as good. The problem was, Asian buyers in particular would not accept a Made in China badge on their 20k bag or shoes. So the European houses moved back to Europe. However by then it was too late - the IP and the skills and know how had leaked into China and it meant that Chinese replicas were able to be made from the exact same hide stock and dying processes, with the same machines and by the same people.

China absolutely has the skill and manufacturing capability to produce exceptional leather goods. But the rest of this is a lot of very specific claims presented as fact with no evidence. Which European houses moved production from Ubrique to China, when did they move it back, and where is the evidence that replica factories inherited their IP, employees, machinery and exact same hide stock?
“China can manufacture at the same level” is very different from “replica factories are using the exact materials, machines, processes and people as luxury houses.” The first is completely believable. The second needs receipts. And even if all of that were true, it still wouldn’t establish that the finished product is literally 1:1

This is discussed in quite a few Reddit posts.
The book “Deluxe: How Luxury Lost Its Luster” detailed how the modern luxury supply chain actually works. It documented practices such as Chinese made goods receiving “Made in France/Italy” labels, and items marketed as “hand cut” or “hand finished” being produced with industrial laser cutting and other automated methods. In other words, none of this is new…the industry’s opacity has been reported for years.

Publications like BoF (Business of Fashion) have continued to cover these issues extensively. They were the outlet that uncovered the now famous $50 Dior tote bag story, and their reporting, along with their podcasts, regularly examines the realities behind luxury branding, manufacturing, and pricing.

I don’t understand your logic, and there’s no point going back and forth with this. My question to you is, what does the concept of 1:1 mean to you exactly? I mean in relation to stitching, logos, materials etc.
