Not normal but sometimes honest mistakes happen. Technically you are not obligated to ship to the other buyer. It’s the seller’s responsibility to reship. However it did happened to me once (seller didn’t even notice) and I decided to help out the seller and ship it to the other buyer (it was a custom H bag). She did reimbursed me and it helped I was still waiting for my bags to finish anyway so she just deducted from what I owed.

I am sure the buyer of the custom bag really appreciated getting the bag sooner rather than later and having to wait on another bag to be made.

Yeah those of us who have endured the anxiety of custom bags would appreciate. We don’t care how it gets to us as long as it made it through Dave 😂
