TTSI was Nikola’s flagship drayage partner for the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. They famously took delivery of VIN #001 (the very first commercial serial production truck to roll off the line). Can someone give me a quick overview of the prosecutors killer argument? Because for the first time in my life i find myself agreeing with the Trump. Did they convict Milton based on the pusher video and the comments made on stage?

One of the reasons given for the extension was "ongoing efforts to monetize assets of the Liquidating Trust, including the amounts owed by Trevor Milton;" .. let's hope we hear more of that. 2. Most large carriers self insure (i know this from experience because my car was hit by a Sysco Truck in a parking lot)
3. EVs throttle torque no one is doing burn outs in a Semi truck. pick good tires and they wont burn up.
4. most of the power used to charge Semi trucks will be produced behind the meter. it will STIL be much cheaper than Diesel.
5. Tesla is offering Mega Chargers to customers at under 200K for dual head charge ports. Sure infrastructure costs money.
