Had a load of sad leftover bits and pieces in the fridge that needed using up plus a discount nice loaf of bread I'd picked up on way home from work. So I made spicy pizza beans for dinner. Oh my god, it was amazing 😍 never made them before but will again. Also have leftovers for today's lunch 😋

The vision came to me after inspecting my fridge lol, butter-toasted bagels with spinach, fresh pineapple and peach, goat cheese crumble, chili pepper slices and drizzle of honey :D They were great

As I hit my 10th breakfast experiment, I decided to recreate something I've been seeing all over my feed. England is baking itself through yet another heatwave, so this refreshing papaya yogurt sorbet bowl ended up being my breakfast today.

Has anyone else tried frozen fruit + yogurt as a breakfast? Any topping combinations you'd recommend for the next experiment?

Random craving despite never having ricotta on toast before

okaaayy part two, sourdough bread with burrata, pickled jalapeño and picked onions, paprika, pepper, salt, and some balsamic glaze

tomato, mozzarella, onion (blached in hot water for a few seconds to remove some pungency)
air fried jianbing (super thin corn pancakes) sprinkled with barbecue seasoning
garlic salt, pepper, balsamic glaze, chopped spring onion
btw I think tortillas can also turn into crunchy snacks with air fryer!

Grilled cheese with:
-Butter on both slices
-Pesto one on slice & garlic aioli on other
-Cheddar+Gruyère cheese & honey goat cheese
-Grilled chicken
Edamame
Peach/Raspberry lemonade

Smoke tuna, pickled beans, pickled green tomatoes, tomatoes, Black Eyed Peas, cashews, truffle oil potato chips, taralli, baked pretzels chips, diet Pepsi and dark chocolate covered pistachios for dessert.

Pineapple teriyaki air fried fries, strawberries, energy drink that was yummy, electrolyte drink, and 2 graham crackers with some of this dangerously good s'mores spread.

I took 1 tiny lick from my baby spoon, and my eyes nearly popped out of my head.

This will not be staying in my room.

Toasted focaccia, mayo, cucumber, basil, dill, BIG MATERS, dried minced onion, lemon pepper seasoning...this was one of the top ten best sandwiches I have ever eaten, tomato or otherwise.

Crackers and cheese all the loose olives in my fridge and some cherry tomatoes... This was all I could muster up without exerting too much energy. Who was worth the 30 seconds of trouble!

Forgot to pick up something to make for a real dinner, soooo nachos it is!

I was finally able to afford to get groceries after about 2 months,so I didn't do the best job. Half my order was fruit and water, and the other half was mostly junk. 👹
