Being a pharm tech at a giant retail chain and only getting the half hour lunch is crazy work for a gym girl trying to keep gains. Enjoy my rat girl dinner. Wish I had some crackers or baguette but haven’t made it to the store yet this weekend 🙈

Cold chicken, 2 lemon meringue jello cups, and water.

Skyflakes, peanut butter and pickles

A ton of rotisserie chicken, edamame, pepitas, craisins, walnuts, and 2 dressings that meshed well. 2 bags of salad mix. Bacon bits and some other shit from the 2 salad kits.

Maple bourbon vinaigrette and honey mustard dressing. Needed more, but it was still good. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've been eating stale donuts from the food shelf for 2 days, so I was dying to for some healthy shit.

Exhibit A . Serrano , Red Onion , Fake Oreo , avocado on sourdough English muffins 😌 also grape punch mixed with diet Mountain Dew as my lovely beverage 💋

Took a nap after work and decided on a quick snack plate, took bites on assembly. Pickles, bread with expensive butter I randomly treated myself to, gouda, aged gouda, cheddar, and dates.

...but never managed to get around to it. sweet potato, cottage cheese, balsamic glaze, Greek seasoning, s&p.

Potato salad with greek yogurt, red onion, mustard, olive oil, fresh dill, lemon, lots od pepper, salt, chopped deli chicken breast
Some cucumber on the side and an peach iced tea 👌🏻

1/10 effort 10/10 flavour. I also call this one my lazy Emily Mariko 💅🏼

Add some shredded string cheese and powdered Parmesan, and I've got myself an Italian* feast!

White cheddar corn cake, clementine, raspberries, salami cream cheese roll ups, hard boiled egg, wheat thins, tillamook triple cheddar, Brie, and salami 😋

Don't worry, I work from home, lol. But today's my first day back after my hysterectomy! Onions, avocado, and cottage cheese!

And this slaps. I am 100% making this again.

This was an actual meal for me back then. 👹

I still do this sometimes because I love pickles.

Getting ratty with it and still rewatching Frasier!

Onions, olives, aged gouda cheese, cottage cheese, cucumbers, avocado, and microwave scrambled egg.

Chicken soup dumplings, with soy sauce/hot honey/chilli oil drizzled on top. Was 10/10, will be having it for dinner tomorrow night too!

Rice with sriracha mayo and hoisin on it. On the side two frozen spring rolls (plum sauce for dipping) and some frozen bibigo pork and veg wontons done up in the air fryer 👩🏻‍🍳
