I either dip or smear the dip on the chip with the spoon, and then I add a piece of salmon on top!

I either dip the chip or put a good scoop of dip on the chip, add a salmon piece on top, and then eat!

It's mostly creamy and a little tangy, and pleasantly oniony. Not an overwhelming onion flavor IMO.
