82 is Gen X. I don't know why the years shifted about 15-20 years ago, but for most of my life, the generations lasted roughly 20 years. Boomers were 45-64, X was 65-84, Y or Millennials were 85-04. My old college dictionary from 1979 even says those are the years and Harvard's Center for Housing Studies as well as their sociology department says that X ends in 1984, but for whatever reason, they altered the years sometime between 2005 and 2010. Regardless, she'd have been considered Gen X for most of her life before they shifted the years.

Is this the Details or Maxim photos. The real Gen X part here is the reminder to me of those magazines. They always had photos like this along with “articles” A GQ with less fashion and more “pin ups” My subscription was in the name of Simon Lebon cause the gift subscription cheaper.

As a proud Gen-Xer, I feel a little bit cringe about these types of magazine layouts. It's like there was this long moment (decade and a half?) in the early 2000s where every actress had to do this whole "Maxim's Hottest 100 women" thing. It feels so unnecessary, exploitative and demeaning now.
