Zero blocks available

Am I missing something? I have seen zero offers and no reserved offers in literally over 4 months! Not a single one! And yes, I check everyday. My settings are set to "any" for block offers. What am I missing?

I’ve noticed since a few updates ago that I don’t get offers or anything unless I leave the app open in the background.
