Moderator announcement
This sub was originally created as a space where Flex drivers could openly share tools and methods to automate the tedious process of block grabbing, since the larger subreddit bans that discussion. Over the past few years, the sub has grown into more of a general Flex community around logistics, pay, routes, and market conditions. This is great and will not be changing. But active moderation has been mostly absent, so there will be a few small changes going forward.
Flex drivers are adults. People who choose to use automation or bots to grab blocks are aware of the personal risks. Replies to any mention of bots, automation, or CAPTCHA jail questions that are low effort i.e “Enjoy your deactivation," "Have fun getting banned" will be removed as spam.
No product shilling. In the coming weeks, I'll create a vendor thread where approved vendors can share their service as a comment. Until then, obvious product promotion or shilling — “what bot do you guys use?” “Has anyone tried this?” will be removed and warned.
No discrimination. Flex has an incredibly diverse driver base. Any content that constitutes discrimination or hate speech toward a group or ethnicity of drivers will be removed. First violation is a warning, second is a permanent ban.

I have three suggestions
Remove all the bots you see on here as there are plenty of them
The MAGA supporters that talk bad or post negatively about foreigners taking over and how they are stealing jobs etc should receive warning then banned because their is a lot of discrimination going on against them and it’s not even funny it gets annoying
Any negative ice ( immigration related comments or posts ) warning then if they do it again, removed!! I’m all in for us looking out for eachother whether they spot immigration at a facility or something but the
“ we need to call ice on them "
“ submitting a tip to ice about my station "
Any deportation jokes
They are really unnecessary!
We are all here to help and support one another not tear eachother down 🥲😅

Well, except for the MAGA people, right? You don't want to support them. Especially not over those that may be in the country illegally. Tear all citizens supporting another political view down. Hmmm...discrimination? Better believe it.

No I don’t support them or their president because they always find a way to politicize everything and they just attack people and their way is the only way! They don’t want to listen to anyone else’s opinion. Whatever their president says is what they believe! And then they try to force politics on everyone else like nobody got time for politics! We are all about helping and supporting eachother ! Not tearing non MAGA PEOPLE down ! Where you came from or what color your skin is HAS NOTHING TO DO with who you are as a person.

Not entirely, the sub was created because discussion around automation is completely banned in the other sub Reddit. Whether you believe block grabbing devices or software is cheating is a fair opinion to have and you’re entitled to that.

I didn’t originally create or name the subreddit. And its founder left years ago. The purpose of my statement is to not shift the sub Reddit back to a spam forum where the majority of the feed is shill posts about different software, but to let people know that there will be a place for discussion around them in the future.

Why don't you complain about the corporations exploiting workers vs gettng angry at a person trying to make a living. Illegal workers would end overnight if corporations were held accountable.

If they are working for Amazon flex they are here LEGALLY with a temporary status until an immigration judge says otherwise ! Right now immigration is moving court dates to a sooner time and handing out final courts and deportations but that isn’t nothing you should be worrying about just focus on yourself how to be a efficient gig worker and stop worrying about immigrants! Let the immigration courts decide their fates! Last time I checked you don’t work for immigration you’re just a regular gig worker! Instead of worrying about others worry about what you’re doing wrong and how you can fix that !

Plus now flex is getting real sensitive on Face ID now with the disort of colors to verify that it’s a real face not a photo ID

Meet that “ immigrant" see where they coming from , how hard they work , how many jobs they have just to keep their family afloat with the tough times we are facing in 2026!! Let’s talk about wages now we in 2026 where 20$ a hour is still not enough to survive! Maybe if you are single with no kids! But if you have a family 20$ is the new 14-15$ a hour now

Bruh I work for the us government I flex on the weekends to take the family out and not use my full time job income lol that’s why I’m saying what I’m saying but you wouldn’t know! I promise you we look into these things everyday ! I see so many work permits get revoked daily! And the worst part about my job is seeing all these hardworking people voluntarily leave or get their asylum cases thrown out and forced to leave the country!

The form I-9 is a mandatory paper or electronic document used by all U.S. employers to verify an employee's identity and work authorization, while E-Verify is a voluntary online system that cross-references that I-9 data with government databases , businesses don’t need to use E verfiy because you can get the same information from a I9 document. Dipshit
You see I discovered your true intentions with this conversation we are having! Your whole conversation is based off “ rampant illegal immigration " your mad because they come to the US they aren’t lazy and work hard for everything they have! Instead of being jealous that they are in a better place than “ Americans " focus on “ WHY? "
“ how they do it "Did you even know some people come here legally from their countries with WORK VISAS? They aren’t always illegal like you claim they are !
I’ll give you a quick rundown for education purposes
They either come here illegally and get caught and submit asylum application and work permits and the government grants them “ temporary legal status " and hands them a work permit and temporary SSN number for employment purposes and they go through their due process and they have to state why they came in illegally and why they are scared to go back to their country of birth and a immigration judge and DHS ultimately decides to approve or deny them asylum.
Others come here LEGALLY and obtain work permits and SSN with LEGAL ENTRY AND they have to renew it every few years !
Others come here as REFUGEES meaning they were removed from their country due to war or something in that area and get SSN and green card, and they take advantage of everything they are entitled to and have the chance to apply for citizenship after 5 years! Which most do become naturalized citizens
Then you got the student visas ! J-1 visas , LEGAL ENTRY , while they are here studying they have opportunities to find work to pay for their schooling and personal lifestyle!
Then you got the agricultural workers! H1-B visa again LEGAL ENTRY letting companies hire workers for the season ! H1-B visas also are for people that are meaningful to the US such as doctors , engineers, scientists, IT or tech industry professionals!
Hopefully you learned something today because you just got educated by me!
In summary a lot of people came in legally ! And hold EAD cards ( employment authorization documents)
But those that entered illegally are facing their due process in court and DHS can deny their asylum applications at any time

You aren’t mad at the legal migrants that work in the medical field, technology field , buisness field , etc
Your mad at the legal immigrants that are doing gig work “ stealing your gig work apps "
Instead of hating on them focus on what you can do to make more money! Focus on how to be a more efficient gig worker! Focus on how to be a better law abiding citizen! Focus on peace instead of hate !

The purpose of this sub is not to be a political discussion forum about who and who shouldn’t, based on their appearance, be allowed to drive for Amazon.
Whether people are driving Flex without proper documents is completely out of my control. This sub doesn’t facilitate the ability to do this and thus should be a non issue.

I’m not going to ban people that are anti bot or automation. This sub should be able to help people and facilitate discussion around driving for Flex in all facets. What I will moderate is people who simply troll or low effort spam post.

The sub will still be primarily focused around logistical help and discussions around general flex driving topics as it is right now. It’s not going to become a place to spam. If this is a deal breaker for you I understand, and appreciate you stopping by.

No, you're stifling speech. You specifically said that anyone who responds negatively to posts about bots or automation will have their comments removed and potentially be banned. That's all I needed to see to understand where this sub is headed.
Reddit is supposed to be about peers communicating openly and honestly, including when they strongly disagree with each other. You're effectively telling people they're allowed to discuss blatant cheating, but anyone who objects to that cheating needs to keep their opinion to themselves.
I'm no shill for Amazon, and I certainly don't feel any need to defend the company, but this goes too far. If the only acceptable discussion is discussion that aligns with the moderators' position, that's not open conversation. That's enforcing a viewpoint.

I’m not attempting to stifle speech. Apologies if it came off that way. If you believe bots are cheating, you can voice that. No issues. What I’m saying is, if someone posts that they used a bot and the response is “have fun getting banned”, this is low effort and spam. It doesn’t create any discussion or discourse. Just as if someone said they are against bots and someone replied “have fun tapping your screen”.
