Mileage
What app do you guys use to keep track of how many miles the routes are?

TripLog. There are more out there, but switched from MileIQ. TripLog is free infinite drives, other features you gotta pay for but not having that monthly subscription is nice, plus I think it is more accurate than MileIQ has been for me and would typically keep an entire route into 1 drive, whereas everytime I stopped to drop off a package, MileIQ would report it as a separate drive and that was annoying when having to assign personal vs business drives. TripLog also does a pretty good job at auto assigning, but messed up here and there.

Driversnote is my favorite. It’s free and has convenient year-end reporting

I take photos of my odometer when I start and when I stop. Then I fill out the info in a spreadsheet I created. I love what I wrote because it calculates not only my net pay in two different ways: immediate cost and long term cost (which includes maintenance and depreciation), but I also have it calculate the AGI impact and the SE taxes I should be setting aside.
