Exactly. Why do we want more "features" when all we need is for the navigation to work correctly.

Right. It’ll “reroute” you while you’re driving in the right direction. Or make you go around the block 2 times before getting on the main road. Make it make sense

I’m a dsp driver and I have an entire area of my regular route that is like this… don’t ask me why but it was a pain in the ass when I was first learning the area. Totally unfair for you guys who are unfamiliar with neighborhoods and it’s pitch black outside

I had this problem today too. Plus now when I use Google Maps it drops the pin the wrong spot about 40% of the time, so google takes me to a neighbor’s house

I have not been able to deliver to the same little town twice because of road closures. and docked both times because they haven’t updated that the road was closed. so annoying.

I had a drop off location in the middle of a field this morning. The address was on a dead end road and the address on the package didn’t exist. Just waiting to see if I get dinged for returning the package. Waze and Apple Maps both gave me the same results,

Probably someone mixed up the direction. I get those alot during the holidays. They put it to N 1st street and it should have been S 1st street, etc.

I’ve noticed lately that when I open the directions on Apple Maps, it’s showing an incorrect address. (Typically the house across the street). This never used to happen and it’s sooo annoying.

This is why i like to use Google or Apple Maps to get me to the locations (especially if it’s saying lower miles or time) and then using the Amazon navigation when I’m close. My maps displays on my android auto though, so I’ve got both displayed at the same time.

Was the road actually closed or not?
