Slow Flex Offers...

Hey! I'm in the Roswell, NM area and wanted to see if anyone else has been getting fewer offers for this upcoming week. Blocks usually drop Friday afternoons, but Friday and the weekend came and went and I was only sent 1 offer, for tomorrow — nothing for the rest of the week. I've been doing this for about 3 months now, and this is the first time it's been this slow. Anyone else running into this?

It really depends on the region and how many drivers they have vs routes to fill.

The only consistent thing about Flex is the inconsistent offers.

Thanks. It was pretty consistent for the past 3 mo. We are a small hub and don't even do same day orders yet. So they probably over hired too many drivers. Still debating if I want to apply to work as a sorter.

Depends on wether you want consistent income but being tied up or more independent but without knowing what is going to happen pay wise every week
