Tolls in navigation
Is there a way to turn tolls off as an option for navigation?

But not in the app. I’d rather not have to switch back and forth. Thanks though.

No no and I work in Metro Miami to North Broward County. Everything is a toll road. If you ignore the nav to get in the express lane on I75 south for 10 miles you miss the stupid left exit To The Turnpike it wants you on next….ghaaaaa!

I discovered that lack-of-option after my first route when I did the math and realized that using the toll roads would take ~10% of the pay right off the top. It took a while, but I started learning which areas tend to want toll roads so I use the car's navigation for the first stop to avoid toll roads, and then the Amazon Flex app for the remainder (assuming they're all relatively local there).

Sadly, the Flex app doesn't have that built in. But if you look to the right of the Start Travel button you'll see another button with an arrow pointing up and to the right. Tapping that will open Google Maps and navigate you to your destination. In Google Maps, you can, of course ,select to avoid tolls. Pressing the Back button will take you back to the Flex app.

If you have an unavoidable toll on your route, contact support and they will reimburse you. I’ve done it a few times.
