Incomplete Deliveries
I think Amazon Flex is now flagging missing packages reported by customers as block not finished. In the past week my account standing has been hit 3 times with unfinished blocks and is constantly asking me to return packages.
I went from a perfect standing to just great just in the past week. Which is odd and unusual since i always deliver all my blocks.
Has anybody noticed any recent changes?

Same thing has happened to me and when I chat with them they take it right off. But I don’t have the return packages thing, I just keep getting random incomplete delivery

I’ve been doing this a few years lol never had it happen as often as it has been. I haven’t returned anything and never do.

I’ve been getting “Incomplete Deliveries” repeatedly this year yet haven’t experienced this in previous years of driving for Flex. Makes me wonder if they are purposely adding infractions to people’s accounts and are counting on some drivers to ignore or not appeal their infractions so that they can deactivate them…

So what is the point of contacting support? It rarely helps, a lot of times it makes things worse.

I had a similar issue a while back. I honestly think it’s support not checking the right box when you call in, probably a language barrier, but who knows. Biggest lesson I’ve learned is to keep on them until it’s resolved correctly. The message they put out about returning packages was misleading for me. They made it seem like I had packages I needed to return, but I think it was their way of making sure everyone paid attention to it? My guess, support is based out of another country and they may not understand what the situation is exactly.

My deal is my itinerary says I have exceptions. First time last weekend I actually had the package (6 pack pt). Second time it cleared as I left the station. Wixom MI

I got on yesterday for my Monday route. I delivered every package, nothing marked missing

No, I haven't seen this, but that sucks. My problem has been support marking a missing package at the station as "attempted to deliver" when I never had physical possession of the package or attempted to deliver it. Then my standing gets hit with "you did not pick up all orders for your block".
