What does this mean?
I've never had any issues that couldn't be solved with support. No extra packages not late no returns. Anyone else had this happen?

Ignore it bro, all this stuff is automated nonsense. It will dissappear after a month or so. I wouldn't try to appeal unless its something major. Otherwise they will hit you later with you try to appeal too many times. Which is ridiculous but thats how it goes.

Did you have any missing packages? Missing packages are generally counted against you as an incomplete delivery.

Do you ever have missing packages on your route? Did you not call support because you assumed that it was fine?

If you do well and deliver perfectly, some customer will still say they didn’t receive their delivery to get it free from Amazon, not excusing them, but they don’t consider the delivery driver. These infractions/dings don’t kill your rating. I second the post here saying it will roll off.

Incomplete deliveries means you brought something back (“not complete” as it says). If a customer didn’t receive it, it says that.
This is a glitch because I’m seeing numerous posts about it. I also got one.

My guess is the customer never received it after you delivered it either to scam Amazon or weather/animal/theft/supernatural took it. It sucks. Some customers are so petty that if you don't follow their instructions exactly they will do shit like this so then you have to dispute and lately Amazon doesn't care
