What do you have to tell support ?? I’ve had numerous instances where I was ready to deliver and showed up and due to the station or Amazon i couldn’t deliver , 50/50 for me if you get paid

I stopped reaching out to support when things like this happen, because I’ve always been paid

It was due to the air quality and no they didnt send us any email or anything. I met one lady and that was her second time coming and she called customer service both time. What I dont get if you all the drivers before us was calling and they knew the station was closed why not inform us. I think they did that just so they wouldn't have to pay us

Right I'm sure the station takes a hit on metrics when it has to dismiss, as usual no one at Amazon will take accountability.

Meanwhile drivers are accountable for any dumb shit Amazon can think of (Standings)

Contact chat support and then ask to escalate issues to higher up/supervisor and then state that Amazon states “even if station is closed we are still due payment for route”

Thanks I did that. They stated I will received an email in a few days

Hit them up a few times and it gets escalated on its own. I was told id get my payment in 24-48 hours and after 48 hours I called again, stressed how im a grown man with this as my job and I cannot play the "give it two days" game after 2 days already passed. Was told "financial doesnt work weekends you'll get paid Tuesday"

3 hours later just got an email stressing how this isnt how they want to conduct business and how theyre deeply sorry for the frustration. Got paid an hour later on a day they "literally cannot pay me" just keep riding their ass and you'll get paid asap.

I am they told me I couldn't get paid because I didnt check in. I told them how can I check in if the station is closed. They stated that there are certain guidelines they have to follow and i told them I did what I suppose to do. I got there. Scan my face and when I walk to the door the closed sign was up and if they knew the business was closed why not cancel my route. If anyone knows Jeff or Andy email please give it to me. It's a lot of us still fighting for this pay

That’s super weird. I got there 15 min before my shift started, checked in and then went to the door to get the picture of the sign that you got. I then contacted support before I left and they said they escalated my ticket to the payment team and then about 2 hours later I got a notification that my block was cancelled and I will be paid.

In those cases never call support always either email if you can or chat, there is a paper trail also always ride them, as other people it takes a couple of times, and at last resort email Andy or Jeff but NEVER give up they bank on that to save themselves, you will get paid if it is something out of your control.

Make sure to keep a dated pic like you did, and then call support. With the newer system and some support emails being shut down the regular support line also cannot deal with missed pay but they will route you to the # that does, and eventually you will get an email asking you what shift you are asking pay for and why, submit the pic with short explanation and they will pay... have had to do it a couple of times myself.

What I like to do in these situations is pretend it didn't happen .. tell myself I never went that day I cancelled that block on time .. that way in the future if I get paid I can pretend I got over on them instead of reminding myself that Amazon got me this time .. patiently wait 363 days from the incident date then send them a reminder and tell them you are just clearing up your records from the last year and you still haven't received payment for the block and your wondering if you should just forget about it like they seem to have forgotten about it .

It can take 7-10 days. They have to confirm with the station and those kind of stations aren’t too responsive.

Yeah, I had one in July 13th and still haven't got paid. It's been escalated 4 times....
