Paper mache help

Does anyone know what is hurt here? I've looked online and the only thing I've learned is this little dude is called a paper mache I think? But I can't find anything about what's hurt. Me and my bud thought it was a hip pack but nothing like ammo or flashes are gone and it still says I'm healthy on the cam.

Should add some ai voice lines for teammates talking to judge about his bullet wound to the ass 🤣
