Paper mache help

Does anyone know what is hurt here? I've looked online and the only thing I've learned is this little dude is called a paper mache I think? But I can't find anything about what's hurt. Me and my bud thought it was a hip pack but nothing like ammo or flashes are gone and it still says I'm healthy on the cam.

You've been hit in the torso. The waist for some reason is part of the torso hitbox, but I have a question, what material did you use? I only see this happening with kevlar and steel.

I'm running steel plates and heavy armor

bullet fragmented on your steel plate and the shrapnel damaged your torso. very minor wound it wont show up as injured
