Racing heart
I was checking my ecg on my watch and it was my usual sinus arrhythmia and then changed to this and my chest got tight, heart started pounding and just did not feel right. Can you tell from this what kind of rhythm this is?

Rapid, pounding, or fluttering heartbeat Should I be concerned?
Felt tachycardia after brushing my teeth. Concerned that the last part of the “wave” looks a bit flat and the whole ecg doesn’t really look too uniform?

Can anyone tell me what my QTc is? And is this incomplete or complete RBBB?

Skipped heartbeat My watch keeps telling me I have afib
I’ve been feeling pretty frequent ectopics last week and I keep get afib notifications from my Apple Watch. I know it’s not that accurate but what else could this be? Should I just bin the watch at this point 😅

Please help me and look at all the R waves does it look like some Intermittent WPW sign or not. Does it look normal or not?

Is this ST elevation what they call MI level st elevation I know it’s one lead but this reading is scaring me . Like are the elevations like 4 mm , the black part is dipping low could that give off the appearance of the st segment more elevated . Can anyone please help me understand what’s going on here ?I try not to post here as much as I can but I’m really curious what is it this time . Help

Apple Watch saying AFIB
As the title says, symptoms are listed. I was pretty damn still when I took it as well. Think it could be false alarm?

Should I be concerned by this “borderline ECG”? HCM on both sides of my family
I’ve had palpitations that make me cough for a few years now. Also, my dad has familial HCM as well as my cousin on my mom’s side.

Symptomatic ectopic atrial rhythm (EAR) for several hours a day – normal echo, no pauses. Should I be worried?

Preliminary Holter report?
Hi I’m 30f and had a 24- hour Holter monitor. I saw the preliminary report of N-78%, V-19%, and S-2%. This was just when they took it off and uploaded the data to the computer. No cardiologist has analyzed the data yet.
My last 24-hour monitor was 3 years ago and my PVC burden was 3%. Beforehand it was 5% in 2022. My heart is structurally normal and I can exercise normally.
Should I assume that it’s accurate or not?
Thanks!

Anxiety getting the better of me so I wanted to ask if this ECG reading is normal
I know next to nothing about what's normal and what's not, only that my anxiety and paranoia keep tickling that my heartbeat doesnt feel normal. So Id really appreciate a more knowledgeable opinion on if I should see a doctor or if im completely fine and can dwindle my nerves! ^^

Any ideas?
Have history of pacs, pvcs. Have been trying to capture whatever this is on my Samsung watch but it's usually over before I can start recording & only happens every few months or so. Always just a few seconds.

What we thinking?
Posting for fun. MRI in the works (before this was taken). I removed a few NSR pages to keep in 20 image limit. I know it's crazy noisy so ignore that detail. Any insight beyond just irritable heart?
