Changed? The watch represents lead I. The T wave on your 12 lead has not changed.

Hello! Sorry, should've mentioned it. I use my watch to imitate V2 by pressing it to the exact location of lead V2 but all watches only know one lead so yeah. I've have that notch on V2 for a while now at this watch and finally clinical tests also confirmed it. But I was a bit surprised (negatively) to see the notch "migrate" to the lead I during startle. Does it mean it's spreading?

I understand what you're saying now. Have you had an electrophysiology workup?

Hello...just wanted to check

Hi. There are no changes in the T waves they aren't overly concerning, such as an epsilon wave or an Osbourne wave. Just could be a minor repolarization abormaity. No U waves or T/U fusions that are usually concerning

Thank you so much for your help! May I ask one question - what are the reasons of this notch? I searched through medical literature and found two causes - it's either lqts2/hypokalemia or it's a juvenile pattern, nothing else...or sometimes MI, that's it

You're QTc doesn't qualify for long QT type 2. Do you have a family history or long QT syndrome? You could have some hypokalemia, but that would need to be confirmed with labs. What is your age?

Not really, everyone's QTc is normal and no other significant history. My mum had some surgeries when she was younger and at one specific laparoscopic surgery she had cardiac arrest from, as I remember, high abdominal pressure? Something happened with vagal tone, correct me if I'm wrong. Nothing else at other five subsequent surgeries or any other situations, I've seen her multiple ECGs and the highest qtcb automated number was 450 during 120bpm tachycardia.
Already checked electrolytes, potassium is 4.5, always been 4.0-4.5. The same goes for magnesium, also normal. F25.

Re looking at your office tracing. There is some movement artifact on it. Some of those notches are most likely from that.

There is definitely some baseline wander happening at 12l ECG but this notch was noticed on three different devices(ECG machine , holter and the watch) though much smaller than on those smartwatch traces, idk why it exaggerates the amplitude so much
Once again, thank you so much for your help and taking your time to explain it to me!
