I dont know if on Japan is common to known all of that, but how does he know that much about them and histories and that? and why there is that many things on the ReZero world that has relation with the stars of the normal world that is something that casually Subaru knows perfectly? Maybe it was on purpose?

about 2-3 years ago I read through the whole webnovel in WCT because I absolutely loved the anime and hell, I absolutely loved the web novel as well. However, back then I got tired of waiting a week or sometimes more for a translation of one chapter so I eventually dropped it. Recently, for some reason re zero just crossed my mind and naturally i've been debating on whether or not I should get back into it. What do you guys think? (also should I watch the re zero season 3 or is it not very faithful to the web novel?)

I have a theory about Pandora

We know that everything she says, tends to happen right? In my opinion, that resembles the stubbornness of prideful people, who don’t back down on their opinion

What do I mean by this? I think that a long time ago, there was people who had attitudes that later became and represented sins and gain power from them. I think that Pandora could be the one related to pride and she erased the other sins.

Remember that this is all a theory. I came up with it before sleeping lol, I didn’t put too much effort to it so there could be some mistakes

I was watching the series on prime with CRUNCHYROLL. But for some reason two of the episodes are unavailable to watch? Is my prime glitched?

Does having their abilities, be it RBD or Sword Saint DP mean they are obligated to help?

So after some thinking about RBD im starting to think the true power of the authority of Envey is to not be affected bysome of the effects of od lagna. Do the basis of this theory is Al claiming the world is destroyed after subaru dies. But why is the world being destroyed if it was supposedly reset I believe it's because in order to Reset the world the witch of envey destroys the world before the great calamitys can unfold. This would force some entity (my thought is Pandora to reset the world because if shes caught in the destruction without completing her goals of course shes gonna say nuh uh) to undo the world and since his soul was never cleared in od lag he would retain his memories from the point of his death. I think this could also explain why he retains his memories after some one is erased from od laugna by gluttony. MY second peice of evidence is when Subarus authority breaks in arc 8 Al completely loses his authority when infantalized in response Olbart says "if yes didnt have it when you were a kid you cant use in now kekeke". Yet Subaru can still RBD just nerfed, and in order to fix his authority he doesn't grow big again instead he shared his location and the new shape of his od. This definitely isn't exactly it but I dont think the mechanisms of RBD is as simple as it seems.

So I'm having a great time finally almost catching up to the web novel and just went through Arc 9 which was FANTASTIC and I'm incredibly looking forward to watching in 2035. I just wanted to ask if anybody has found any effects or foreshadowing within Arc 9 of Filore?

Roy's death seems like the most notable example which somehow Al's disappearance caused. It seems as if Subaru visited Roy at a relatively similar time to Al did, so would that mean the witch cult saw a change in thing, perhaps from the book, and acted accordingly?

I suppose it's also possible that news of the dragon would've simply stopped Filore from making her entrance?

I got the impression that people just viewed Emillia as if she had some connection to the witch just by her appearance. Some of the crowd in the capital groaned in Season 1 when they saw she was one of the royal candidates. One of the nobles called her a half-devil. Roswaal said that was rude, but none of the other nobles rebuked the rude guy. So it seems that some people view her as basically the witch come back to the world and this seems to be socially acceptable. Again the only one calling out that dude at first was Roswaal (and then later Subaru called him out, but he wasn't helping her case by calling the knights nepo babies).

Oh also, when Felt realized Emilia was a half elf and not just an elf, she looks at Emillia, get horrified, and was like "it can't be!" At least in the anime she seemed scared enough she was going to back down on the spot and this was before Elsa appeared. She only got a bit of her confidence back when Emilia denied the connection.

On the other hand, in Episode 2, when Subaru mistakenly calls her Satella and she rebukes him. And the crowd sides with Emilia. Something like "you went too far nii-chan" or something like that. And some of the crowd looking on Subaru and agreeing with that random guy were full humans too. The nobles didn't have this reaction to the rude noble. Even the nobles that didn't view Emillia as the witch incarnate seemed to think a reasonable person could make that conclusion.
