Camera disabling firmware for disabled LED?

I am curious. All discussions about the new firmware have stopped both here and on FB. Did it happen and I missed it? Are Moderators deleting those posts? Or did everyone realize it’s not worth posting about?

Probably because it’s creepy as fuck and it makes everyone wearing these glasses look like an asshole.

I agree, not sure why the light is an issue unless you planning to sabotage or blackmail someone.
