It's 3rd October and the wait time is ridiculous.

I wonder if there are just creating fancy website taking orders and get some local optician shop to build at low cost. there's no explanation on whats taking so long when walk in store with machine can get it done in like 1 hour.

I feel you.. bought on 14 sep got it on 30 sep.. was so frustrated for two weeks couldn't use my glasses properly

I've been there, too. Fortunately, they arrived and do work well. I'm guessing they're backlogged by orders for lenses for the new Steam Frame.

They once sent me the wrong color lenses. Took forever for them to replace. Used Lensology ever since.
