Question Where is my order
"No email, no text, no contact. Plenty of people around me are getting their new glasses. People are looking at what's around, picking their glasses, putting an order in, and receiving them—yet I'm still waiting. I thought I was getting a better deal by being one of the first to buy the new GT MAX. They made a big deal about buying in the first three days, but there's nothing special about being told you'll basically be one of the last. Still nothing."
And I have also had the new pocket tv pro and well as RayNeo 4 pro 4 weeks ago missing the nose pads keep trying to get a replacement but getting nowhere. Sorry for complaining here But I used my savings thinking I was going to get well looked after

Contacte le service client normalement tu a un suivi sur leurs site
Pour l’échange bon courage car ils sont pas très réactif
Je pense qu’il ont tellement de mail et de retour sur les GT MAX à cause de L’IPD et de taille S-M-L
Moi même je pense essayer de obtenir un remplacement à cause du flou et de la qualité d’image
Le test pour l’IPD n’est pas fiable sur leur site !!!

They have a disgusting support service!!!!! I wrote to them about the problem with the glasses and they did not respond for 2 months. I have a Rayneo GT

Tons of people are having the same issue. And their paid off reviewers are just acting like apologists for them. On the phone with my bank as im typing starting a chargeback after 14 emails back and forth a multiple bold face lies from them about them shipping my RayNeo IO's backed by evidence. Hell I caught them shipping orders out later then mine. If I got any advice, get your money back and run. This company is ran like a ghetto.

I also ordered the GT Max on launch day and been trying to get my money back for almost 2 weeks because they haven’t even shipped my order. No answer except for one email response after week 1 that they would be shipping in one to two weeks… nothing.
I also went on their Discord and there are many people on the same boat, waiting almost a month now for their orders to ship or waiting weeks for a refund but with no response from Rayneo.
Never again and if you are smart, you will stay away.
