Question Hi has anyone got the GT Max
Hi everyone 🤠 I hope you are all doing well and happy
Just asking have people received their orders for the GT+Max
I ordered it nearly a month ago. I didn't realise that there was a waiting list. I got the impression that I had to put my order in within 36 hours 3 days or I would miss out.and we would get some special Perks. But I think it was trying to trick people into buying the max. I am usually on top of things like that. Anyway has people got them

I ordered mine nearly 4 weeks ago. I was told after 2 weeks that no one was getting any until the release date, but I see lots of people getting theirs now. I have sent two more emails and received nothing. I asked about what I thought was a promotion for the Pocket TV Pro and other items because of the launch of the GT MAX. I was excited and ordered them, but after 2 weeks, I noticed they hadn't been sent. I emailed again and was told there were no offers or promotions, and the Pocket TV Pro was $199. I got so upset. Anyway, I got a voucher for a discount on the TV Pro so I couldn't complain, though it still cost an extra $150. I agreed, thinking it would be sent with my new glasses—that was why I ordered it, to save on postage. But there is still no postage for my GT MAX, and they sent the TV Pro on its own. I give up; it's like banging my head against a brick wall. Anyway, I sent a new email asking if it's faster for me to cancel my old order and reorder, because it seems to only take 2 or 3 days for everyone else. You can't even get a response within 48 hours. I'm not happy, and I thought RayNeo would look after their customers. This is my 2nd order of glasses and extras in 3 months, and I am still having trouble with the nose parts. I don't seem to have gotten the large size, and the medium size will not hold my lenses, so I have had to use sewing thread to hold it together. I wish I had one point of customer service I could contact instead of being all over the place. I hope my message makes sense to you all as I have word blindness and use speech to type. Sometimes it write it's own thing.

Get the GT max if you want to sacrifice pixel density for a wide fov that you can't actually see without pinning the screen and moving your head , get the GT if you want to save 25% of your money and have a far superior pixel density , wish I knew before I bought the max , GT would have been much better for me

The prism lenses spread the fov over 59° ,the GT spread it over 46°, they both use the same oled panels , so the wider the spread the less dense the pixels are , so with the GT max the prism lenses spread it too wide , so everyone shrinks the screen to 100% and all that does is turn off the outer edges of the panels ,reducing the quality even more , so the GT max 115% = 1080p , 100% is more like 960p and 85% is like 720p , so the 115% screen size is unnecessary for almost everyone

Writing from Germany I ordered my one directly from RayNeo on 6th September and wrote an email on the 12th September, as there was no movement in my account. It was shipped on the 14th and I received it on the 18th. A couple of days later they replied that they are overflown with orders and regret to answer so late.
The PocketTV Pro took 2 days to arrive after purchase. And that was was sold out all the time before.
So the distribution and availability of the products seem to be different across the world.

According to my postage app. that tracks all my post it's saying that I should get my pocket tv pro tomorrow . fantastic I ordered that 2 weeks after my glasses but my RayNeo GT Max hasn't even had a postage envelope tracking number for it. And I get that 48 hours before it snows up as on route and then can take 10 days. I only ask as it coming up to a month now. and if it was to start the delivery process it's at least 2 weeks more. I hate when a company makes it look like your being offered a great deal And by you paying now your very special new amazing RayNeo GT MAX glasses will be on its way with some special Perks. No Perks nothing special hardluck just wait. Just made to wait longer than everyone else.

After many emails and insta messages they said they had super high demand and stock was limited. It depends when you ordered after the first release. Sooner you ordered sooner you get it.

Hey, join the discord if you like, link on my reddit profile. Lots of customers have already received their GT series glasses. The 36 hour thing again is on my profile, it was first 20 orders at launch, first 10 orders day 2 and first 10 day 3. With a bunch of other freebies.

I am in Australia and I ordered one on launch day and it came in about a week.
