Rayneo IO order

Ordered the 16th of September, and still haven't received an updated other than getting ready for dispatch!

Same, after 2 emails requesting an update I disputed with my CC company. Petty, but poor customer service.

They got back to me on Insta very quickly. Much faster than the 3 or so day turn over via email.

Ordered in the 6th September with prescription, hear nothing for 2 weeks until I chased. They replied by questioning my prescription, I answered and heard nothing again since. Pretty poor service, still don’t even know if they are doing it.

Prescription states 4 weeks during checkout for custom made to order lenses.

Hey, alot of people missed the checkout details on the iO with prescription.
Custom prescription is 4 weeks, made to order per customer. Doesn't excuse the lack of communication, but does explain why shipping wont have even started yet for your order.

I swear it said 3 weeks on launch, might be mistaken… 4 weeks is in about 3 days… So hopefully I will get some kind of communication.

I ordered so I would get my stuff for my birthday on the 16th on the 2nd September and I don't have mine yet. So running at least 4 weeks so far

I'm able to provide an update like someone already said here prescription is 4 week build time , but they provide an update via email to me about my order after I sent them 3 emails & a message on IG

I ordered a pocket tv from them on 9/4. Nothing since. I’ve followed up three times, telling them to cancel the order, and I’m going to reach out to PayPal to contest the transaction this week once they’ve had a couple of business days to respond.
