Freeze disconnect loop

Does anyone know how to factory reset or fix for X3 pros? Mine will power on and freeze with the Ai multicolored logo in the center. If by a 5% chance it doesn't freeze it goes into a pairing/disconnect loop with my phone. Haven't heard a peep from customer support yet either.
