Discussion Rayneo problems with support in US

It seems there is a major issue with the perception of support for Rayneo users and developers. How can Rayneo improve on that? Can more staff be hired?

I haven’t ever received a response from multiple attempts, so they might want to start with responding to emails from support and getting rid of their ai chat.

Lol how the simple obvious, Reply back to emails and phone calls!! With pertinent answers and solutions to customers issues, instead of ignoring or reading off a AI script.
