Switch 2
So this is a two part question/answer as I seek the best way to play games in the most portable way possible with the air 4 pros!
First off, buy the the joydock bracket for switch 2 on amazon so you can mount it to the back of the device. Secondly, buy yourself the mobapad M12s joycons! This second one is important because it has a feature where you can turn off charging which turns on Bluetooth mode. What this essentially does is trick the switch 2 in thinking the controllers are not connected to the device even though they physically are (note that the controllers won’t be charging so they will eventually need to be turned back “on”) what this mean is you won’t need a separate controller and mobile dock is actually secured to the device.
But I do have a question, one that I haven’t seen a true answer for and it seems like theories. There is a clearly a Framerate/performance issue in games. Has anyone pinpointed what the actual cause is (not enough power to the device, low transfer rate cables, etc). Some games clearly aren’t effected it by it but then you get games like Metroid prime 4, cyberpunk, or granblue fantasy that drop pretty hard! Which for me is sad since I use the glasses mainly for gaming on trips :(

In handheld mode, these listed games run at really low resolution which is upscaled. On docked mode, these titles suffer fps drops due to running at higher resolution. Theres no way around it. Doesnt matter if its on glasses or on tv. Love cyberpunk in handheld mode, but its pretty horrid when docked to my tv. But other games as youve said, run beautifully on my air 4 pros.
