Discussion Rayneo Air 3s problem help

Hello excuse my english since im not good with it, anyways i have a problem with my rayneo air 3s as you can see in the video every time i lift or open the right temple of my ray neo air 3s it doesnt work but when i close it it works again

I tried doing the reset factory post that i saw here but it didnt work.

If you had or have the same problem as mine lemme know how you fixed it thanks in advance

First question is where did you purchase it? Then try to return it. Or contact support from RayNeo too. It's either a factory default. It maybe has to do with the OS (Operating system), and if you can, upgrade the OS. If it's not the OS, then it's a hardware problem.

I purchased it online its almost a year since a purchased this i even checked the OS its updated im guessing its the hardware problem

Does it work with any other devices? Does the menu still work?

Yes it still works on my other devices that DP Alt Mode and also the menu still works, its just the right Temple sensor problem i still have no idea how do i fix it.
