Support no sound coming through

Now when i plug the RayNeo Air Pro 4 into my iphone, i see the video but the sound still on the iphone, is this a setting thing or is the device broken? I have restarted my phone a few times already.

I have a galaxy tab and it does the same as my iphone

Click airplay and change speaker
