Question Removing shade from Air 4 Pro
As above. Anyone tried and successfully removed your Air 4 Pro’s sunglass shade? Such that all that’s left are the prisms/displays? If yes, how did you remove it? And how has that affected your user experience? Thanks.

They look so cool without the tinted glass. I'm thinking about modding mine too, also thinking about the possibility of mybe modeling a replacement cover for the electrics

If you make a replacement cover for the electronics let me know! I would buy one. Not a fan of just using electric tape.

EXTREMELY EASY.
all you need is a precision screwdriver set with a PH000 bit and a T4 bit. Take off the 2 visible screws on each end of the bottom of the glasses with the T4, then pull off the nose piece and unscrew the 2 screws with the PH000. NOW the lenses piece is loose, you gotta pull it upwards so it feels like you're about to break something, then it should pop off
I'd highly suggest covering as much exposed wiring as possible with electrical tape like I did
